Established in 1921, Soroptimist International provides a global voice for women through Awareness, Advocay, and Action.  Soroptimist International is the largest classified service organization of executive and business women in the world.  There are currently around 98,000 members in over 3,000 clubs in 120 countries. 

Soroptimist International has direct access to the United Nations, and a voice at United Center in New York, Geneva, Vienna, and UNESCO in Paris.

Our goals and aims:

• To maintain high ethical standard in our business and professional lives
• To strive for universal human rights and to advance the status of women
• To develop a spirit of friendship and unity amond Soroptimists of all countries

Established in 1974, our club is a member of Soroptimist International of the Americas Inc. Sierra Nevada Region District 3.
